Ditto the comments on Croma - this time at Ishanya, Lohogaon. My experience was for a washing machune. Salesmen (if they are that, because the way they went about their business, they wouldn't sell anything!) had no clue to product details, comparisons and could not produce a single manufacturer's catalogue ("we do not keep catlogues as the manufacturer do not give them to us" - what h*******it!). And I drove a kilometer to Dass Electricals and almost got stampeded into buying one. The salesmen were willing, able and persuasive. I will get back to Dass or similar for my requirements in the future - and NO CROMA!
